Frequently asked questions
Answers to the most common questions.
Is the simulation a commitment?
No. It provides an indicative estimate. Only a review of your file can lead to a decision, then to an offer.
Will my application be accepted?
No decision is made in advance. Each file is reviewed individually according to your situation and the documents provided.
How long does the review take?
The time depends on how complete your file is and on the type of financing. You follow each step in your client area.
Which documents must I provide?
Usually an ID document, proof of address and proof of income. Additional documents may be requested.
Are my documents protected?
They are stored in a private space, accessible only to you and authorised staff, through temporary links.
Can I change my application after sending it?
Contact us with your file number; we will tell you what to do.
How is my personal data used?
Only to review your application and meet our legal obligations. See our privacy policy.
How are the funds paid to me?
Depending on your profile, two cases are possible. Either you open an account with one of our partner banks and the funds are transferred there. Or you make a symbolic transfer from your personal account to verify your identity, and the funds are then paid directly into that account. Your client area shows the procedure that applies to you.
Must I open an account with a partner bank?
It depends on your profile. When this step is enabled on your file, the partner bank and the opening procedure (usually online, sometimes in a branch) are communicated to you by email and notification before the funds are paid.
Why must I make a symbolic transfer?
For some files, we verify your identity and the ownership of your account through a transfer of a symbolic amount from your personal account, in your name. We give you the details of the account to credit when you are ready. Your financing is then paid into that same account, without opening an additional account.
How do I apply for a loan online?
First simulate your financing, then fill in the online application form and add your supporting documents. You confirm your email address with a code, then follow the review of your file from your client area.
How do I simulate my credit and calculate my monthly payments?
Use the free simulator: choose a loan type, an amount and a term to get an indicative monthly payment. The simulation does not commit you and is not an offer.
What is the APR (TAEG)?
The annual percentage rate of charge (TAEG in France) expresses the total cost of a credit over one year: interest, administration fees and any mandatory insurance. It lets you compare offers. The APR that applies to your file is shown in the offer you receive.
Do you offer financing for professionals and entrepreneurs?
Yes. We also review professional financing requests, for example to expand a business, equip premises or develop an activity. Each file is reviewed individually.
Can I borrow if I am self-employed, on a fixed-term contract or retired?
Your professional situation is taken into account in the review, along with your income and expenses. No situation is excluded automatically; the decision depends on your whole file.
Is the contract signed electronically?
Yes. Your contract is generated from your file's information and you sign it online from your client area, with a confirmation by a code sent to your email address.
Do I have a withdrawal period?
For a consumer credit, you generally have a 14 calendar-day withdrawal period from the signing of the contract. The exact terms are in your offer.
Can I repay my loan early?
Yes, under the conditions provided by law and specified in your contract. Check any fees mentioned in your offer before deciding.
